I knew they were only 3rd down but they still played only 3 years ago...

And Muse do have a new album coming out later this year.

Paolo, sadly, would sub at T now. Not going to headline main but played 3rd down in 2010 and headlined Rockness last year.

He is more popular than Franz and T like putting bands a bit different on a subs compared to the headliner.

It's far from impossible, I'd say.

A couple of years ago there were few acts that could shift tickets as quickly as he could. Because of the sort of act* he is, I doubt his popularly has fallen much since then.

(* 'pop' acts tend to fall away very quickly when their popularity starts to wane. MOR acts like Paolo tend to have their popularity hold up much better when they're no longer the act of the moment).

Surely if this did happen, it'd have to be the friday though and would rule biffy out as a headliner as that'd be pretty much plain weak, though judging by your most recent comments, you don't feel biffy is at that point quite yet.

Neil is not saying it's likely to happen merely possible besides Friday doesn't mean a weak headliner as they've had the likes of Muse on there before.

I know the bands they are at least considering, I just got an email through asking me to complete a survey of who they wanted to headline.

I asked for the headlines to be: Daft Punk, Coldplay, U2

and for other major acts I asked for: Adele, Stevie Wonder, Paul McCartney and The XX

Unlikely they would get all these to one festival, but I can always dream
