msav88 Posted April 30, 2013 Report Share Posted April 30, 2013 In my experience (this year will be 3rd on trot) it seems to be pretty random there. Sometimes they are strict sometimes not so much. As said above booze is pretty easy if it is just shorts sneaking in as you could hide it in the tent etc but if you are talking anything else it's a bit of a gamble. Last year when I went in the police got the dogs checking around everyone when I was going in, obviously streamlining between everyone. I saw a couple of people have the dogs paying special attention to them but they were looking the other way at that point, there were a lot getting pulled and searched though too.
