It's possible that they'll play festivals, just probably not R&L for the many reasons that have already been stated. Could possibly plat TitP as theyre touring around that time and I doubt the bookers will care about a stadium show in London. But then It's quite possible that Green Day arent booking any more shows til BJA is out of rehab.

This is what I was thinking, why promote new tickets for your tour somewhat 5 days before you would be announced for R+L (if of course, it is them)
