They ruled out Olympics Hyde Park shows specifically in a statement a while back. It was so Olympics specific that it got us all excited that they probably were doing a Hyde Park show seperately.

Looking less and less likely as time goes by - the reason they're not touring is cos Keith Richards hasn't played guitar in years and is apparently really rusty. That's not relative to how much of an endurance a tour is, if he can't play then they wont play a concert. Shame :(

I wouldn't cross the road to see Paul Simon. :stink: At least it's saved me money - wish we knew who'll be on Friday though.

Do they sell weekend tickets, or is it just individual days? Not that I'd be interested now, but if they do, could mean some Saturday tickets come back on the market. Feel sorry for anyone who wants to see Fogerty, they've had no chance to buy a ticket.

I read it somewhere official, can't remember if it was the HRC Facebook page or their website somewhere. Will try to find it as it definitely said about more Saturday tickets to made available at a later point.

EDIT - looks like they're removed that reference now and said there are no more tickets left. It definitely said it, 100% sure. Very unhappy now.

That's why I was wondering if they will be offering a ticket for the whole weekend when all the headline acts have been confirmed. Because a proportion of people who already have Saturday tickets would switch, and their tickets would come back on to the market.

Friday 6th July - deadmau5 (Wireless)

Saturday 7th July - Drake (Wireless)

Sunday 8th July - Rihanna (Wireless)

Wednesday 11th July - Steps (Hit Factory Live)

Friday 13th July - tbc (Hard Rock Calling)

Saturday 14th July - Bruce Springsteen & the E Street Band (Hard Rock Calling)

Sunday 15th July - Paul Simon (Hard Rock Calling)

Tuesday 17th July - Madonna

Friday 27th July - tbc (London Live)

Sunday 12th July - Blur (London Live)

Two more to go. That Stock Aitkin Waterman thing is a bit of a pisser, I'd already decided that Stones would play on the Thursday :( Well, maybe accepting a Hard Rock Calling slot would make more sense for them if they're not doing a tour under their own banner this year.

Prince would make an excellent London Live opening concert headliner.
