This year as our son is 13 we had to pay for an adult ticket for him. I read somewhere that kids don't get wristbands.

Surely this can't be right if we have paid full price for him.

Does anybdy else know the policy for this?

I thought maybe it has someting to do with underage drinking but I am pretty sure that nobody would serve my lad a pint of cider!

My son was 13 last year so we dutifully paid for his ticket but every time we went through the gate (in the CV field so at least once a day) the stewards tried to wave him through as a child. He insisted on queueing with the adults and showing his wristband and pass out EVERY time though, so pleased was he to have one!! :-)
