just out of interest have you been to a festival before ? just asking because most of the people i see going into festivals either have a wheelbarrow full of cans or are carrying 3+ crates of cans each, think you may have set your options a bit low to get an accurate picture. i would imagine at least half the responses will take 30 cans.

i can imagine the lads faces if i turned up at the event with a 4 pack under my arm !, admittedly glastonbury is probably a bit different to most festivals because you can take cans around the event with you which saves a fortune buying alcohol at the festival bars. In the summer i can buy 3 crates of beer (approx 45 cans) for around £18, the same price as maybes 5 pints on site if im lucky

Sorry, I agree that this needs more thought. Really, the amount of students on here that submit substandard questionaires is incredible, and whilst I am happy to help, I do feel that you need to respect our time and opinions a little more by asking better questions. Sorry, you've caught me after a long difficult day at work.

Glastonbury is the festival I go to every year, sometimes others too, but how on earth would I guage what % of festival goers are drunk>? When - at 11 in the morning or 11 at night? Every night? And like someone else said, you haven't catered for non-beer drinkers.

    • I am as well not a fan of these side by side stages. too many people at the same places and you have always people around you who wait for the other stage...
    • If only they could get the Bits area back (and add maximum 5k capacity) the site would feel less crowded.
    • Blame it on the side-by-side setup. There are cases where it works well - got a great location in front of the middle screen for Bexter Dury-Big Thief-Little Simz, just had to move about 20 meters each time for a great location. But on most cases it sucks
    • was happy to swerve the main stages on Saturday, but thought it was fine for The Cure, we just went down the opposite side & got a decent spot close to the front, everyone into it (admittedly a bit off to the side)   a festival that now books Olivia Rodrigo as a surprise set isn't going to get any smaller, for better or for worse it is miles apart from when I was first going   personally I still find the people amazing, never have any hassle & the line ups are always so strong & diverse.  We will definitely return for the 25th anniversary next year!
    • I love this festival but Mordor has got worse and worse to the point now that I dread going there. 10 years ago there just weren’t as many people, as many bottlenecks and there wasnt the need to arrive early to have a decent spot.
