Got coming up;

St. Vincent - Manchester Cathedral 21st Feb

John Murry - Deaf Institute, Manchester 26th Feb

Fall Out Boy- Manchester Arena 17th March

The Twilight Sad - Deaf Institute, Manchester 2nd May

Nine Inch Nails - Manchester Arena 25th May

I was gutted to miss Mogwai at the Bridgewater the other night, but alas I had other commitments. Currently looking into possible tickets for Live in Leeds and The Fall at Manchester Cathedral, I'll also be keeping an eye on a weekend in a European city, which will be decided by a good Saturday night gig somewhere.

How were they?

Sorry only just seen this, yeah they were awesome.. am a big fan though but the new stuff sounded ace live.

I've got

Mogwai - Jan 28th Royal Concert Hall Glasgow

Motorhead - Feb 13th O2 Academy Glasgow

How was Mogwai, gutted I never made that gig.

Oh and Motorhead is cancelled incase you didn't know.

I've just not long started work at the O2 Academy/ABC and getting lots of gigs to work at, last night was Less Than Jake/Reel Big Fish, both were awesome :)

Mogwai were great and yeah i know Motorhead is cancelled bit gutted about that!

The support guy for Mogwai was quite good too he brought on Aidan Moffat for a song and his voice sounds incredible live. It was almost like a CD quality voice.

Next up for me a week on Saturday is Phil Beer, half of Show of Hands and a superb multi instrumentalist doing a solo night at the Norwegian Church in Cardiff. Small gig, the room only holds 90, But he's a great performer and it's going to be a Glasto Gang plus partners night out for us.
