I thought that, but I've been trying to analyse it for ages! I swear it isn't a puddle! Wouldn't it reflect that bin from our point of view? Or the sky? It Looks like a fence or something!

Been a chaotic few days here. The site has dried out a lot in the last few hours and people are feeling more optimistic.the build is slmewhat behind scnedule and shangrilq is a right mess.

Looks ok to me, warmer than I thought as well with a drying wind- think it will be similar to 09 underfoot to start with and be dry by saturday morning. couldve been a lot worse...

My prediction after watching Countryfile:

The site will remain somewhat muddy and depending on the frequency and location of the mixed weather during Monday-Wedsnesday, will either stay as is today or dry out a little. Parts of the site already churned up will remain that way. There will however be plenty of areas to sit down and enjoy the grass ;-) and whatever happens we will all have a good time.

On the other hand, the papers will report a complete washout and show endless pictures of all the muddy boots/people/puddles they can while musing endlessly on how otherwise sane people can enjoy such squaller.

That was probably the least certain forecast I've ever seen on Countryfile .... Monday doesn't look good though ..

Was happy with that; reported a dry weekend..

Right based on the last few weeks weather the countryfile weather report is great! Have faith :-) 

Well, I'm looking on the positive side, after all, there's not a lot we can do about it. I'm sure we'll all have a ball whatever, although it is nice to be able to flop down where you like! As soon as that forecast was over, I couldn't get back onto efests, presumably for the amount of people discussing the weather! lol
