But as Wacko says, it could be Meloy sending up us the garden path, here's hoping! Just imagine The Mariner's Revenge Song or 16 Military Wives closing the festival, the way they were performed last night. It would be one THE great festival moments.

We've got someone visiting our team tomorrow to understand what it is we do. I've got to give a demo at some point.

"So yeah, basically I sit around all day, waiting to find out who's playing a festival I'm going to in September"

Not sure that's going to go down too well.

OK, resurrecting this because I have two requests that would make my EotR amazing (or, rather, more amazing)!

Please, please, please get Joe Gideon and the Shark back. I haven't been able to stop listening to their album since last year. We also saw them at Christmas and they played a good number of new songs, enough to suggest a second album in the pipeline!

Murder by Death. These guys are my absolute favourite and would be really fantastic to see play a longer set that this festival would afford them.

That's all for now, but having opened the mental floodgates I can imagine there may be more requests to be made soon.
