Alchemy festival stall holders - info?

We want to have a stall at the festival...it's all been okayed - to sell ethnic jewelry & other artefacts rizlas etc. We have not been before. Do any traders past & present have any tips for us?? (We are first timers!)

Also - how many people are expected to be there?

I think there are around & about 1500 plus entertainers, musicians, other stall holders.
