Is the 'tracksuit' bottoms ban just for the full on chav uniform of matching tracksuits with tucked in socks etc etc.

Or are they including 'normal' people that are wearing a pair of tracksuit bottoms however are clearly not on the verge of knifing an old person? Its my first creamfields so Im not really sure how strict they will be on something that seems so trivial.
