Actually looking back on it, Ash are strong headliners, Marina and the Diamonds were pretty cert anyway, and British Sea Power i've heard good things but never listened to but I remember they headlined one of the V stages last year so must be similar size.

Surprised with no National nor Laura Marling though.

Fairly strong, especially compared to last year.

Unfortunately I wont get to see most the ones i like. Will be at The Black Angels though, no matter what. Recommend them to anyone who's a fan of The Doors and Velvet Underground.

Shame ash weren't on Sunday @ Reading, they should really have put them on Sunday as this is the day with the weakest headliners in my opinion. Also disappointed Sunshine Underground aren't around the stages on that day as my Friday was already booked with Phoenix & LCD Soundsystem.

Last announcement I was annoyed, this time I am borderline angry. There are now 4 acts I want to see on the sunday, all of which are headlining their respective stages. FML. aside from that there are no acts whatsoever that I want to see that aren't on the main stage!

Warpaint is a lovely unexpected surprise.

fancied seeing Marina, but she's not really worth missing Guns for, even though I don't really like them. I was hoping she'd be the sunday headliner. Ash would of done me on the Sunday too, oh well, I'll give British Sea Power another listen.

Yesss Minus The Bear It saddens me that One Night Only are above them. I'm gutted that Ash or BSP aren't on headlining Friday night though, still dont really have anyone that stands out for me on the Friday night. Apart from Marina, but i'll probably choose Alkaline Trio over ogling her for an hour.

Well it shouldn't, going by those announcements, I would be seeing all 3 headliners on that stage over any of the others. Fantastic lineup in fact. Great bands worth checking out other than those at the top of the bill:

Ash on the Saturday is perfect

For the first time ever I have a headliner I actually like on all 3 days. Now I wont have to choose between AF or Pendulum. Ash are far better than either. Pleasantly surprised by Atari Teenage Riot too.
