siker
Just found this site: http://www.unfairground.org/ Did you see us at a festival and cant believe what happened to you? Do you want your money back? Or perhaps one of our dolls came alive in the night and terrorized your little one? Did you follow an address on a sticker? The unfairground.org, its a little like a fun fair, where the fun is to enjoy the shifting sands of unfairness! The unfairground is coming to a corner of a festival near you this summer, so try your luck…(you’ll need it!) Roll up! Roll up! For the unfairest show on earth!!! The unfairground brings together a motley crew of performers and artists from the grungiest corners of festival land including Sam Haggarty (Mutoid Waste Deptarment) Leon C6 (Dotmasters) and Bez (Happy Mondays). The Unfairground sets out on a summer long tour of the festivals of the UK. starting at Glastonbury 2010, if you are interested in booking us mail us here And this: http://mutatebritain.wordpress.com/ The Glastonbury warm up is getting hotter, Village Underground will be a smasher: Art is being painted, Sculpture sculpted and DJs are selecting selections! Big thanks to Village Underground and all the DJs for their support of our Glastonbury campaign. We’re excited to be at the festival this year. Thanks to Joe Rush and the amazing Mutoid Glastonbury history, we’ll all be rocking together in a field called The Unfairground – expect oversize mutational sculptures: Joe’s helicopter has gone bionic and Sam Haggerty’s bi-plane has fallen from the skies – slam! – straight into the party. Surprise big name DJs, painting, films, projections… plus we’re licensed and open all night – uh oh!

Memory Man
if (big if) the chemicals do appear there is no chance of them being announced whatsoever for health and safety reasons. even if its a DJ set you would get literally thousands and thousands of people trying to see them and only a handful of venues on site can cope with this, and theyre not playing on any of these. i guess its not out of the realms of possibility they could be a special guest on the park but i think more likely is an unnannounced dj set somewhere like here. just keep your ears to the ground! This area as a whole sounds class! I didnt spend anywhere near enough time in the late night areas last year so this year got to make up for it! siker
Also Bloc 9 area is going to be amazing if NYC Downlow is anything to go by. "Welcome to the world’s first travelling homo disco. In its first year The New York City Downlow was crowned Glastonbury’s best afterparty by the NME. In this life-size ruin of an NYC tenement the murky homo fantasies of the Downlow crew fuse to resurrect New York’s golden age. This year it’s 1988, Chicago house has just hit the streets and the trannies are going wild. Produced and built by London’s best concept design team Block9, we are proud to invite the legendary Horse Meat Disco and London’s best vintage DJ’s back for a third year running. Expect disco, soul, funk and early house all night every night. Moustaches are available at the Porn Kiosk." http://thedownlowradio.com/the-downlow/ Looks like that team have been given a whole area to build. according to glastoearth they have a new venue called the london underground. The whole late night area is my fav area of glasto!!

llcoolphil
Having met Bez on a number of occasions, I can tell you I am right. Strangely each occasion was asking him to leave.
Niblet
I hope all their venues are not inside and have to be queued for, that's why I like the afterburner, outside dancing in a field is where it's at..
