3D Error

No nothing to do with Avatar.

Keep getting an Adobe Reader "3D error" when I open up in IE.

I'm fairly certain that you will find that's a GOOD thing ... if you hadn't got that then you almost certainly would have picked up something *very* nasty instead !

Have a look at any of the virus/trojan/malware stylee threads lurking around for more info, there's something apparently not quite right to say the least with 1 or more Ads and/or an Ad House/Server at the mo. Something somewhere is trying to launch well dodgy stuff via Acrobat, the error message appears to indicate that it's fortunately failed to do so. Watch out, watch out, there's malware about and all that

Consider uninstalling/disabling Acrobat but defo make sure your AV software is up to date and all that
