The new website is very well laid out, with loads of information.

The graphics are obviously child-like, which might give a family/child-friendly feeling. I just wonder whether some people might find it unprofessional-looking? I like it personally, and I'm definitely coming to the festival!

Not browsed too deeply yet but first impressions are a big thumbs up. The 2008 site was great, really nice design. Last year sucked Im afraid. Looked like it was half done - some graphics beautifully crafted for main brand, the rest cobbled together, slapdash for the website.

This year is a vast improvement - no baseline grid yet but good effort!

All i`m seeing is a symmetrical tree on the left of the page--cut in half vertically... nowt else.

Page says DONE... so nowt else is gonna happen... so based on that... I will therefore reserve judgement!!

Whats appertaining???

I don't mind the site, but one thing I would change is the way you have to click each individual day for the lineup - one page, one poster, one list, whatever, but keep it on one page! Do page impressions matter that much?

And don't get me started on the Waitrose sponsorship... Still, at least we get a cocktail by Delia Smith - how very Chelters darling..! Arrrrrggghhhh!

I know Waitrose is frightfully middle class but the possibility of good freebies and Delia in the songlines tent (although I always liked my free independant, arguably also frightfully middle class). That said as a John Lewis Partnership card holder I feel I should get free Pimms at all times.
