Going on my own

I'm a newbie here and will be going to the festival on my own (couldn't persuade anyone else here in Edinburgh to go!). Would like to meet up with other solo festie goers on Thurs evening - just say where/when. I'll be travelling down that day.

Hey, I went to EotR last year with my girlfriend and had an amazing time; so much so that even before this year's line-up was announced we were pretty much sold on going again! Anyway, might see some of you this weekend. can't wait for another excellent weekend.

I'm afraid you'll be about one year too late (check the date on the post!). Last year the site didn't open until Friday am so a bunch of us met for pre-festival drinks on the Thursday evening. No need for that anymore! Hurrah!! (Though it was a nice evening it didn't have Lanegan/Campbell and the cost of a hotel will be better spent ......)
