No DC dont do litter at Reading. Cant rember who do it, it changed this year... It used to be clan event its now someone with green in their name.

Yeah, the Green Messengers sort out the clearing up after the festival. They're associated with Oxfam, not DCSS (who ran the fire support and CAT teams last year, think they're just doing fire support this year).

DCSS definitely require 18+, and I think it's the same of Green Messengers. I'm sure I've seen kids in their middle teens working on stalls in the past, so there's probably a way in there.

DC dont, and never have, run the CAT teams. There is some cross over in personnel and they used to share a website but there different companies.

Dougless Site Services (DSS ie a different company) that dixie mentioned do the proper litter work, green messengers (who I thort were an FR project?) do the advising people about recycling ect role. Not sure who dose post show clean up though?
