Kill
With the water supplies never working it was a nightmare scaling the hill through yellow campsite towards the carpark. Jeez doing that with a hangover was not fun! However watching my friend barefoot the entire festival because his trainers could not hack it was fun Hi btw fellow cumbrian Edited March 31, 2009 by Kill

vikinggriff
call me old fashioned but i much preferred the previous year where the weather mean't lots of the female sex wearing very little, but then i might be out of touch with the youth of today
VCK
I'm hoping for sunshine, but only after I'm out of my tent. Waking up on the Sunday last year just made me feel like I'd slept in a sauna.
petrol face
the mud rele pissed me off last year so im hopin for sunshine that being said watchin my mate go ass over tit an land flat on his back was the funniest thing i saw, laughed for about 20 minutes straight, he just lay in the mud with a blank face for like 20 seconds with everyone laughin at him haha
x ellie bo-fellie x
The mud was rediculous, i didnt mind it, unless i had to go anywhere out of my tent or do anything of any interest!!! i would much rather have lots of sun!

Ant_1310
Sun Sun Sun Sun!! Ill be going to leeds off the back of my year abroad in barcelona! I wont be able to hack the mud!! Besides it ruined me shoes last year and had to fight to get a pair of wellies when the arena opened. I really wanted checky ones but they only had 5's bit small for a 9/10 so yeah anyways off on a tangent back to original point . . . . . SUUUUUUUUUUN!!! just not before 9am
kev1664
The mud in 08 was a nightmare when you were there, but hilarious when you look back on it! Me and two others had wheelie coolboxes with 70 odd cans in each, due to the mud they had to be dragged not wheeled, It took us 1 and a half/ 2 hours (and 5 cans) to drag the coolboxes from the drop off point to our tents which must have been no more than 400 meters away! It was fun pushing mates over in the mud tho. The arena wasn't to bad they managed to keep it qite dry espesh the main stage in which they laid wood chippings, if hey didn't do that there could have been a few very bad injuries at rage on the sat nite. If you wanna check out how bad the mud was in 2008 go to these two pics and it will show you the damage the mud made. 2007 Multimap pic from 2007 http://www.multimap.com/maps/?qs=Bramham+P...ful_information 2009 Google maps http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?ie=UTF-8&...l=en&tab=wl Put in the following in the search and do a satalite pics Bramham Park, Bramham, Wetherby, Leeds LS23, United Kingdom

batman_23
i dont care if there is mud or not to be honest, the mud last year added to the highlights of the weekend and the atmosphere, although dryness would be cool

shoptildrop
errmmm I know you had rain/mud running up to fest at leeds and did see that death valley of mud into campsites but main arena was fine IMO little bit of mud and no rain hardly a nightmare. I was in bliss at Leeds as been at V week before which was knee deep in mud across most the site(after sat nite downpour) and pissed it down for most the w/end too it was hell weather/mud fest
