Mini bus rules

Quick Question,

my friends and i are thinking of taking a mini bus instead of 3 cars. The mini bus would be about 8 - 12 seater. Can we just park this in the car park or is it a different area and do we just need a car park pass or is there extra cost?

we did that a couple of years ago. good fun.

all you need is a regular car park ticket, you well be herded into a special vans & minibusses field. luckily, when we did it, it was right next to a pedestrian gate.

the reason they put vans & minibuses in a separate field is so they can make sure no-one is sleeping in them without having to traipse round every carpark.

WARNING: to drive with more than 7 passengers you must have the D1 segment of your driving license. if you passed your test before Dec 31 1996 you will have it, if after, then you won't and you'll have to take a test to get it.
