i brought that phone yesterday with £10 airtime..it arrived today but it doesnt seem like there is a way to add my £10 credit on there (that i brought with the phone) did they forget to put it in my package? i called 450 but they keep asking for a 12 digit code that i do not have!

anyone help?

Bought a wind up torch with and adapter for plugging in a mobile phone from tescos for £8, tested it yesterday and 5 minutes quite gentle winding gave the battery about a 10% charge from flat.

IT's only an emergency back up as I usually take a spare battery anyway.
