There must be more than that...

According to that noble source of all Internet truth, Wikipedia (Ronnie Hazelhurst anyone?) there have been two songs called "Glastonbury", one by Nizlopi, the other by Scouting For Girls.

Three other songs are named as referencing Glastonbury:

- Glastonbury Revisited by Cosmic Rough Riders

- Let's Start A Band by Amy MacDonald

- The 90s by Robbie Williams

There must be more than this? I can think of one more straight away - CORGI Registered Friends by Half Man Half Biscuit.

Christy Moore has never written a song about Glastonbury the song you are probably thinking of is a song called Listonvarna about a now long gone Irish festival in the county Clare, I think he adapted the song when he played Glasto last. If my memory serves me correctly after too much smoke and strong whisky.

Joe Strummer and The Mescaleros - Coma Girl

I guess there will be others by him.

BTW, the HMHB song CORGI Registered friends is one of their (numerous) best:

You call Glastonbury “Glasto”

You’d like to go there one day

When they’ve put up the gun towers

To keep the hippies away
