New additions for Benicassim -

Magazine, TV on the Radio, Glasvegas, Lily Allen...

The reformed Magazine will be performing their influential and indispensable discography at FIB Heineken 09. Joining them, TV on the Radio from New York, Glasvegas from Scotland, the provocative Lily Allen and the first round of important artists from Spain, including Nacho Vegas and Josele Santiago, are the latest additions to the Festival's line-up.

Shaping up quite nicely like, still scope for big ish bands to play on the main stage on saturday and sunday, and possibly thursday, depends if they have it as a full day yet or not.

There will be a dance act on the Saturday I think but with more of a multi instrumental feel, Groove Armada, Basement Jaxx or even LCD Soundsystem perhaps. Whilst I'd love to see Daft Punk the fees they charge nowadays are frankly ridiculous and they'll probably be busy with the remake of Tron they've just done.
