Tugger2k
I think they've been doing a few Thamesmen numbers accoustic. I heard they were bringing a gospel choir with them for a full version of "The Gospel according to Spinal Tap"? I think they are bring the Folksmen on tour with them. Did you see "A might wind?" I could see them playing on the accoustic tent or something. I'm hearing rumours they might be doing a "homecoming" gig in Squatney, South London? Tugger2k
Hearing St. Hubbins on "lead bass" will be one of the highlights of my gig going career. He has such an individual sound. You can really pick up on the emotion in the bass.

hazey_jane
I thought I was the only one who'd seen and loved A Mighty Wind- it is a work of genius. It would be fab if we couldn't get The Tap if we could get the Thamesmen. Or have the renamed themselves given that one is now a woman? Tugger2k
wind is great, its not tap, but its got some gutbustingly funny moments best in show kills me everytime for your consideration is the weakest of the lot, but fred willard comes out of left field and saves the day basically, guest & levy (and all the regular cast members) are comedy gold imo
