I been on a little rabbit hole oh old Glastonbury gigs and just found this wonerfull video. Little too deep into the cider and going down memory lane, but this was my first headliner. Bowie was saturday mind. But this was moment for a me. Folklore is the chemicals were too loud that they would never be on the pyramid again and i like that story.

Taxis won't go near Glastonbury. You'll better off getting to Bristol Temple Meads (a1 Bus from the airport to the station) and getting the bus service to the site. This is coming from someone who works with the taxis drivers in bristol lol. They don't want to get stuck in traffic for hours.

Grinders for coffee are everywhere just look a around at the stores, Pretty sure between the Pyramid and Dance Village would be a good shout.

Turn Screen brightness down, Vibration off, Android has a power saving mode too which is pretty good. Also take a battery pack with you so you can charge it on the go or while sleeping, If you really wanted too turning it off at night while you sleep helps alot. Otherwise you'll be queuing at what used to be the Orange place and have to sit for a hour while your phone is charging. Which isn't fun.

A couple I know, Hit the question during Sunset at the park hill on wednesday night. Was pretty cooooool!

After we setup we always goto brothers on the wednesday and get some of that lovely pear festival cider down us (which i think you can only get at Glastonbury now (unless thats also over)) Then goto upto the park hill and watch the sunset. Then its all go from there with no plans apart for food and chat... With some added crazyness if it happens....well it happens. Normally it gets fuzzy at that point. But smiles all around.

Tea Towel and some water bottles, do it in the morning and put the tea towel on your tent to dry (if its not wet) otherwise Its going to stay wet. This is one of the joys of hot years.

I'm also going it alone for the first time, But yeah like above there is a solo female travellers group. Sadly I've not the correct gender. Its going to be an odd year, But there is a family i know going so there is that.
