just rewatched the set back. What a night!
Not my all-time, the Stones still edge it from Blur for me but Elton was undeniably magical.

Hospitality tickets direct from the festival were £815 for this year - need to apply via the GFL team and only eligible for people within music/media etc.
Applications usually open around January time - keep an eye on the Glastonbury website ticket section and they’ll have details on how to apply.

Definitely. Given she first played Glasto in 2014, must be some pretty poor industry connections if they took 5 years to start getting her name out there!

I’ve got quite a small one I’ve had for years that fits my current tent - but previously I tied some string through each zip with a loop on the end and then connected them using the carabiner if that makes sense?

Yep, sorry for Oxfam!
Explains why they’ve not added any spaces for a few weeks - will also hopefully mean that any spaces cancelled after Tuesday will be going up as and when, so keep those page checkers running!

Did anyone notice the digits at the end of the URL were completely different this time? Rather than the usual 250000 ones which take you direct to the add reg page, I got multiple with random numbers - looking back across my devices I got:
2575665
2500000
2455014
1450001
If that number changed to a randomly generated number each time, might it make it more difficult for people to know what to target the bots at? I mean it would probably only delay it by a minute while someone got that number at 9am and then targeted the bot toward it but maybe some steps in an attempt to stop them?

It might be too late to implement this - but would it be possible to collate all of the people willing to help in the resale and then split them out equally among the five groups? That way everyone is getting a fair amount of help

There used to be a place in the park which did the best sausage sarnies but haven’t seen it there for a few years. The frozen margarita place on the walk from the Other to West Holts was a personal game/life changer last year!

Not too dissimilar from other years. Most likely to be 20th and 23rd as usually around 2 weeks after the balance deadline, although could possibly be the 13/16 if they get their act together

Going to be a common question over the next few weeks so here's the dates for the deadline, announcement, and resales (all data from the Thingy).
Earliest it's ever been in terms of duration after the balance deadline was 2016 when it was just 7 days. On average it's around 2 weeks give or take a few days

The only time it's ever been as late as the ~23rd, has been years where Easter weekend got in the way and pushed it back - which shouldn't apply this year.
pretty sure on the Thingy, it’s been the second Thursday/Sunday after the deadline for the last few years.
Would imagine we’re replicating 2017 - announce dates on the 10th, resale the week after
