Maybe the band haven’t got it in them to have 50-60 songs that they can nail like they used to? It’s likely to upset those chasing date after date than people only going to one show per tour. I’ve found his pricing strategy and his comments around wanting to make this tour more expensive to be far more offensive than his set lists. Gone right down in my estimation he has.

Headlining? Haven’t they played that slot before? Was hoping for a daytime appearance somewhere. There’s always been someone better when they’ve played and being up against Reg ain’t changing that!

Steer clear of the City Hall at Newcastle- terrible venue. Awful sound- terrible view and unfriendly locals. Best avoid…

Not been on here so may be discussed elsewhere but what do you think they'll do for those tickets where the payment isnt completed. Probably not many on a resale but on the main sale there's a chance that a few thousand arent followed up? I'm hoping that they dont do it on the proper sale.

Festival fatigue here. Decent names on the list but there's very few I'd like to see that I haven't seen before. Sparks and Yusuf are an absolute win. C&TQ, Hot Chip, Royal Blood & Rudimental seem to play all the time. Candi was ace when she played twice in quick succession - fingers crossed she's still got it.

On paper, that show in 15 should have been terrible - Medleys aplenty and a cruise ship style crooning from a guy with teeth whiter than Rylan! It was stunning. The presence of the man on stage with a body of work up there with Lennon/McCartney, and Brian Wilson meant it felt like a proper occassion.

Any idea of prices for Leeds? Didn’t get a presale.

Not seen GnR but watched Axl/DC a few years back and was surprised how strong his voice was.

4 of the 7 groups we got sorted for were nabbed after the sold out announcement. What a stress.

Haven’t been on here much but wanted to add my pennies worth. Was at the Newcastle show the night after. Absolute car crash of a show - he’d clearly been on a session all day (he’s got roots up here). By the time he finished I reckon there was half the crowd left. The version of Mrs Robinson they played was the nadir and was uncomfortable to watch - the man clearly has a lot of issues still. Having said that, he sort of pulled himself around for the last 4 or 5 songs, especially Different Drum, It’s About Time and finishing on Big Gay Heart. I’ve barely stopped listening to him since the show. He’s such a fragile fella.

Think that’s why there’s not going to be a third St James gig. There’s a licence for 3 and there’s demand, must be his/managers decision.

Saw her before Kylie last time out as well as at Deer Shed the same year. I loved the first album and the production on there, it was an interview where she talked about how obsessed she was with MBDTF beats that got me into her, it tells. That said, I absolutely hate that sunscreen song and it’s put me off the rest of the new album. Fair play to her though, hope she blows up if she wins it.

Really struggled with the last SE album after the first being my AOTY at the time, glad she’s getting props and doing well though. Simz or Fender my faves, though my moneys on Wet Leg.

It bends my head how messed up it is that a headliner of a festival can cancel then turn up on a different stage the same time he was supposed to be playing. Shocking stuff by the festival and him.

Watching on the iplayer before it falls off. Been a long time since I played it but I swear the video screen to The End is the finishing screen to Beatles Rock Band.
