I’ve already told my wife that when she’s had enough and wants to hang up her festival wellies, I’ll do volunteer bar work. Used to work in a bar years ago, always such fun.

Completely agree. I’d never really experienced this until 2010 when we were at Bestival and stumbled across a young Annie Mac (I know, I know). She would not shut up. It was like a radio show. Left after 15 mins.

Ha. Kids were hoping for Sunday tickets to see Coldplay, sold out so we had to settle for the Friday. Think Prydz et al will be hard enough for them, don’t think they’re quite ready for Amelie Lens just yet.

You’re right. The years all blend into one! I was at the IICON set and it wasn’t quite for me. Saw them at their Boiler Room set however, and it was incredible.

They played last year didn’t they? Actually was that 2022?

Was the same at Warehouse Project. He played the second room and you couldn’t get in to see him unless you were there well before his set started. Was one in one out after that.
