Perfect, a sensible position. I assume given that the same info appeared on there earlier that the OOF Discord is the source of this rumour.

What is the current position of this place to mentioning the source? I don't want to start anything silly but is Discord still blocked as a word here.
  3. I've come across nowhere else on the internet that uses IP range bans to stop spam so I suspect there are other solutions.
  4. That's not what you said though, you said: "I wouldn't want to organise one cos people like you might come you always did." If you'd meant it like that you should have said: "I wouldn't want to organise one cos people like you might come they always did."
  5. Two meets, so two themes, maybe one Harry Potter and the other BLÅHAJ.
  6. Bonnyrigg isn't, move out to the burbs.
  7. Fair enough, he was certainly banned yesterday immediately after arguing so thought it was a result of that rather than the random IP bans but you can see behind the curtain.
  8. I believe @roughbloke has been banned for pointing out he was right so unlikely he'll be able to say anything next year.
  9. I wonder where they could have got that idea?
  10. It's one member one vote but to get on the ballot you need 100 nominations from members from at least 20 branches.
  11. She hasn't distanced herself from her church's position, I look forward to her answering more questions about her beliefs to clear up the matter.
  12. Have we missed the Wee Free opposition to the conversion therapy ban? On marriage though she didn't say, I and my backwards wee cult don't like it but everyone else crack on, she said she couldn't have voted for it.
  13. Well it isn't for most of Scotland to decide it is for members of the SNP and commentary will always focus on issues that excite. I'm sure we'll hear her positions on other things but it seems absolutely reasonable that her bigoted views are a red line for some. Don't you see that there is a difference between an MSP or indeed a Minister going along with collective responsibility and supporting measures that they personal don't agree with and a leader whose job it is to create policy having views that are so far out of line with ordinary Scots. Humza has a record of mistakes, Regan is I believe out of favour with the membership for being too close to the Cherry/Salmond/Alba side of the Independence movement so it is possible that Forbes is the best option out of these pitiful three but I think it would shame Scotland to have a bigot as First Minister.
  14. If she continues to run like she says she will then she will set out the rest of her stall, those who view her Wee Free nutterdom as more important are free to focus on that. Getting your message across is part of politics if the fact that you are member of mad sect is getting in the way of that then that's her problem.
  15. His position is certainly better than hers, I'm just saying there is evidence that Barry is right and he is saying what people want to hear and when it came down to it his personal views were a source of conflict.
  16. Robertson's line is that with young kids it wouldn't be right to take on such a massive role, it sounds like he doesn't want the hassle. I'm a Scottish Labour supporter but I don't want an awful First Minister even if it is damaging to the SNP and I would be much happier with Swinney or Robertson as safe pair of hands than the current crop of candidates.
  17. On the Humza getting an easy ride front, if he does support gay marriage like he says he does why was he mysteriously absent from the chamber on voting day? Forbes is out of step with modern Scotland and shouldn't be First Minister but that doesn't mean Humza should.
  18. Which seems like a mistake, if you are part of the rabid free market part of the party why choose the famously terrible joke Prime Minister as your figurehead.
  19. It's exhausting, the fact that there are a solid 30% of the electorate who don't give a shit how bad the SNP are as independence is more important than anything else.
  20. Still a budget underspend even with that so just not paying teachers to increase people's perception of a disfunctional relationship with Westminster.
  21. Schools aren't on strike up here in sunny Scotland, but before you think we must have it sorted there have been rolling school strikes since November there just aren't any today. All this with the Scottish Government having a 1 billion underspend in the budget last year.

    Kendrick Lamar

Yeah I'd agree with that, not great.

    Kendrick Lamar

Seems fair enough this is a bang average album. Kendrick can be a master storyteller but his lyrics are so dense that it can take a while to get the story so initially it has to be the music that reals me in and having played through this album a few times over the weekend I'm just not fussed by it and what I have picked up lyrically isn't drawing me in either. 1. Good Kid, MAAD City 2. To Pimp a Butterfly 3. Untitled/Unmastered 4. DAMN. 5. Mr Morale 6. Section 80
