The festival has a large scouse presence, will be loads of groups who will be watching her for one song only. The song has it's own life here outside the typical Dua fanbase. Probably be loads of annoying people chatting nonsense for the rest of the set because of it

I've always thought the festival was too slow getting people on the up to headline at times, feel like they've gone the other way a bit. Getting people with 1-2 albums under their belt. Assuming headlining G is a once and done thing. You miss out on getting them at their peak with a career defining set. Impossible to judge someone's career trajectory so thankless task mind

in terms of people in the field he's pyramid headliner size, but don't think the festival would go in that direction to book him. I don't think many headliners would be too pleased to have him subbing. Think there are a few names they'd like in the legends slot before moving onto him. Someone who doesnt quite fit the bill imo
