  1. The Prodigy 389 (-3) LCD Soundsystem 189 (+7)
  2. Oooh, really? Actually I didn't check that, I am right aren't I? He wasn't married before the mother of Emily's half-siblings was he?
  3. If you don't count the Eavii, maybe. Michael is on his third wife and Emily is also married, all whilst living on Worthy. Surely one of them proposed on the farm?
  4. Unpaywalled version of Telegraph article What it’s like to camp on the Glastonbury festival site in a year when there’s no music https://archive.is/I7s1n
  5. Speak to the big man himself!
  6. The Prodigy 415 (-5) LCD Soundsystem 225 (+5)
  7. Nobody quite liked the LCD gig. It was extraordinary.
  8. Does anyone have any more details on "the Glastonbury bell". I'm trying to plan what sleeping equipment will fit in it. E.g. videos/photos of the inside, or at least something with humans next to it to help visualise.
  9. Frustrating. Sweeteners are everywhere and I can't stand the aftertaste. I would much rather that things simply aren't as sweet.
  10. There's loads of pictures on the Worthy Pastures Facebook stories. Here are a few of them
  11. I've been thinking about this question ever since the original post. I've thought about many songs that mean a great deal to me, and the answer is... Of course I don't have a favourite song!
  12. I'm definitely the kind who wants more to psych myself up!
  13. What's that area up in the trees? Is it the new Spike bar or somewhere else, like The Woods?
  14. I thought there'd be more stuff on Twitter about this. I know it doesn't have as many people there as the festival, but still.
  15. https://www.instagram.com/p/CRq3hYbszMt/
  16. Any opinions on this place? https://www.moonscider.co.uk/
  17. Controversial, but I do not like Hecks one little bit. I can taste the sweeteners which utterly ruined what should be a natural product. I know they're highly thought of, but I really didn't like them.
  18. Are there any places selling farmhouse cider on the way to the farm, so so can pick some up on the way to Worthy Pastures?
  19. This young man is extraordinary. For pure musicianship, he puts the likes of Prince in the shade. Multiple Grammy award winner, he's done things in music that have literally never been done before - using microtonal theory to change key by and tuning system in a way that sounds more in tune than normal harmonies. It's all very complicated and I don't understand it. This cover of All Night Long has about a section beginning at about 4:25 that does quite incredible things to the ears. And this seemingly improvised cover of Fix You, whilst it has a slightly meandering section takes the Coldplay song through multiple keys in a way that strengthens the emotional message of the song (song starts 1 minute in). It's quite beautiful. Finally, this livestreamed duet with Chris Martin where Martin has to stop the song and make a comparison to Amadeus. Never mind the fact that he could continue playing piano over the internet and not get distracted by Chris Martin seemingly being out of time - he just adjusted for the latency in his head and could still play in time. A combination of extreme talent, hard work and being taught music from an early age by his musician family. So, despite all this, sometimes the music isn't all that great to listen to, despite it bursting with innovation and talent. But no doubt, the man is crazy, crazy talented. Could he play Glastonbury? And if so, where?
  20. Any chance we can have these back? They went went you last disabled the upvotes due to all the complaining.
