That's looking like 2011 U2 biblical rain for the headliners

GFS ensembles, looks like the operational run (forecast above) is an outlier in terms of low pressure and rain. The operational run is the thicker Green line in the below charts. This is precipitation This is pressure This is temperature As you can see from the wide spread in both pressure and temp as the date range gets closer to the festival means it is still all to play for as they don't really know what's going to happen after tomorrow yet

I think the one on the right is the Wow stage as it's the right shape and general direction on the map. The Blue arrow below is the direction of the webcam. Not sure about the other unless it's the back stage bar?

Because the models have no real idea yet what is going to happen after Friday. Looking at the temperature ensembles for next week, there's a temperature range from 12.6 degrees to 27.4 degrees for 1pm on Sat 25th.

ECM doesn't go out that far, currently only the Friday of the festival is in range. Over the next couple of days when the full weekend is showing on the ECM then we'll see the differences between the models. Though until there's consistency between them we'll just cling desperately to the one that shows the best weather

Correct, while the run shows a pretty horrific coming weekend and then rain on Wednesday morning, with the exception of the odd shower passing through on Thursday and Friday the high pressure is back in control for the weekend

Certainly looking that way, though I've never seen it done before on camera. I did wonder why they'd grouped them in sets of the same colour though

Looking at 2019 I am more concerned that we're behind, though against 2017 it's probably a lot closer. In 2019 the John Peel was being raised by this time and Silver Hayes was much further ahead. The gate infrastructure also looked to have been setup and all the trackway seemed to have been laid. In 2017 however, while the trackway and gate infrastructure was there by 2 weeks out of gates opening, there's still no sign of the John Peel tent and Silver Hayes was looking as barren as it is today. They were also only working on their 7th Tepee, there's at least 10 up so far this year... Here's a photo from 2 weeks out in 2017 for reference

Finally put the right hand side Pyramid Toilet sign up What looks like the Bar in Silver Hayes is now up, not much else going on there now though Trickett's Bar setup above the Park
