That's a bit nice, that is.

I'm predicting Teddy Swims will take the slot before Offspring

Genisis Owusu is a great add.

Odd comment.

Not London Grammar. 30 names, including Pommelien Thijs and Tom Grennan according to festileaks

Intrigued about the Sunday medium/big name, someone 'very popular' according to someone on Efests, and doesn't sound like a forum favourite so I think that rules out Idles, at least for now. Probably a name for the younger crowd? London Grammar is a good shout. Noah Kahan is still available but hardly qualifies as a medium name anymore. Doubt his management would let him play under The Offspring. Would shift tickets though. It'll be Oscar and the Wolf, or Joost, no doubt.

He's not doing it at R&L, why would he do it at Sziget?
-
Pink, SZA, Doja Cat are three more I can think of off the top of my head. I'm sure there's more.

Numbers are similar to Idles, Nas has 5 times the amount so not him then Earl Sweatshirt?

They've had years of practice.

Ignore them. Same poster accused me of being racist last year when I said I didn't like any artist using the N word. I was genuinely baffled at the time.

Odd placement

Or Florence maybe? Whoever it is will have to play before The Offspring or they ask the Offspring to move down a slot. Difficult to do when they've been announced as subbing QOTSA. If it's the Marquee I suppose Rise Against could be moved down a slot. LG would play under The Offspring. Still find it odd they are looking for a big name before giving us more names. As I've said on the festileaks board, the bookers might be rewarding themselves with a name as they've sold out the weekend in record time, alternatively the Sunday sales might be that abysmal they are acting now.

Prodigy are at Lokerse, Libertines at Dour. LG or New Order would be good for me, not sure how many tickets they'd shift though.

Solo or band, any idea?

Surprisingly low spotify listener numbers

Ah, Last Shadow Puppets? Bjork?
-
Damien Rice - no tour dates according to songkick. Has 5 dates on Japan on his website.

New Order?

'Thanks for buying a ticket real early, here's the rest of the line up but it's cheap and it's no-one you'll have heard of, see you next year?' I don't buy it, personally, although I recognise there's less need for them to go out and book needlessly expensive bands now the tickets have sold out.

The Monday is a bank Holiday in Belgium, I think and I think it might not overlap with exam retakes either. Lowlands sold out again so Goldband (and CDW) might have been a clever booking to attract people who missed out on tickets for that, plus last year's edition went down well as well, plus its cheaper. It's also a more balanced line up than last year and you could argue a better undercard so far. There's no massive single act this year like Billie but there is Fred whose hugely popular at the moment, plus I think people underestimate how many tickets Sam Smith will shift for this demographic. Still unreal sales, given all the above. No-one saw this coming.

Good to hear. doubt I'll be going to the site for the pre-party, unless they book something outstanding, so save a seat for me. Looks like Saturday for the efests meet up, then 🙂

Ran out of likes, great to have you on board. Hopefully others who haven't managed to sort a combi out will be be able to get some at a later date. Fastest selling edition since 2014.
