  1. Chris De Burgh, Wembley Arena, Lady In Red Tour 1986?
  2. I've not, thought they definitely played that Rompelo track (I think) However, he seems to be doing the Euro festival circuit at the minute and would imagine the setlist remains fairly standard.
  3. Aye - my mum saw the Fabs in the Lothian Road Odeon back in the day and doesn't really have a good word to say about the experience.
  4. I dont think any of thrse acts got bigger crowds than the likes of The Wutzels or The Wombles did 10 years back. They definitely closed the field for The Wombles. If it's something people are desperate to see, they just need to get there early.
  5. In a crowd of 100,000 people not everyone is a mind reader.
  6. Scritti Politti. Or The Blue Nile
  7. Certainly packed the place.
  8. Nah - this year was largely great. It's consistently one of the best curated stages at the festival.
  9. Howlin' Pelle from The Hives was a pioneer in this line of thinking.
  10. Wouldn't be able to trust myself to look after vinyl at the G. It would have been Frisbeed at Noel Gallagher a short few hours later.
  11. They had some special editiom available only at the show.
  12. El Necko. Thorax McGee. Brontosaurus Throat.
  13. Unfortunately, TLC was a mess.
  14. No. The other guy. The giraffe c**t.
  15. Isn't that guy with the neck in a bit of a bad way?
  16. It's basically part of the hill that everyone hates to and from Worthy View.
  17. It just stays empty. Probably as it's too steep to really use for anything.
  18. Agree with the praise for Bicep. It looks sensational.
  19. I'm onboard with this. This year was the first time I've ever seen a full set there and in no rush to make it a regular occurrence.
  20. I've seen them live a couple of times and it's been great. They were promoting new albums both times so the setlist did feature the usual smattering of new material - and Andy Bell does tend to witter a bit between songs. But otherwise it could be a bangerfest of Pet Shop Boys - type proportions.
