  1. I think its 3 well thought out headliners which DF know will draw a crowd each day and sell well. I get the feeling Courteeners have a bigger pull up here than down South. Personally not enough each day that appeals to me to make me consider buying tickets. Maybe future announcements may sway me but not holding much hope.
  2. Looking at day splits for NOS Alive and Mad Cool Taylor Swift is a possibility given shes 8th and 9th of July at these festivals.Similarly Billie Eilish 9th and 10th, though I would have thought she'd have a TBA date on her tour poster similar to the TBA Spain above. Foals I think will be announced given gigsinscotland posted both nights were sold out at the Usher Hall yesterday, they play Mad Cool 9th, Cardiff 10th so are back in the UK for weekend of TRNSMT.
  3. Only Capaldi and The Snuts from memory played Mad Cool and TRNSMT last year. Both played the Thursday into Friday at Mad Cool. More cross over between NOS Alive and Mad Cool than with TRNSMT normally bit it can be done.
  4. Notice Foals have released tour dates for April/May however conveniently listed at the bottom is a gig at Cardiff Castle on 10th of July. Certainly puts them in Europe/UK for festival at the time of TRNSMT.
  5. Think everyone had the same idea, get down early and get a good spot during The Selector for Lewis Capaldi who was up next. It was certainly my plan.
  6. Lewis Capaldi wasn't due to play this year. It wasn't until Snow Patrol pulled out due to ill health a month ago that he was added to the line up, I'm sure tickets for the Sunday were sold out within a day or two of him being announced as a replacement. I think the original plan would have been for him to not play this year, do his Summer Sessions, Academy and Hydro shows later this year then return to TRNSMT 2020. Wouldn't be surprised if he headlined next year tbh. You could potentially add Snow Patrol in the mix for playing next year with having to pull out this year.
  7. Thank god I booked MadCool back in January and didn't hold off for that line up. Think the Saturday is the only day that appeals to me personally. Be interesting to see what Electric Fields announce later this week.
  8. He has just announced two shows this morning for Glasgow and Edinburgh in December so I wouldn't expect him to be announced today. He's played the last two years so may hold off until he has an album released.
  9. Tom Walker self confirmed for TRNSMT according to Twitter/the forum. The Twilight Sad's manager had posted on the fans group on Facebook that supporting The Cure would be the only festival several months ago.
  10. Snow Patrol have self confirmed for TRNSMT at their show at the Hydro tonight.
  11. Royal Blood announced as a UK festival exclusive for Reading & Leeds, though sure they pulled this previously and then some was announced for TITP/TRNSMT. I noticed Summer Sessions Edinburgh posted on Facebook to sign up to the mailing list and watch this space. Can we expect Summer Session announcement before a TRNSMT announcement? They have the dates up as 7th to 18th of Aug.
  12. Just announced two shows in Scotland on the 6th and 7th of Aug so would mean 5 shows in 5 days if they were booked for the 9th.
  13. Lets not forget that Paul Weller came off the stage halfway through his set prior to KOL stage time.
  14. Would imagine this rules out The National and Suede from Electric Fields.
  15. Kelvingrove Band Stand have just announced the line up so rules out The National from playing.
