    Kendrick Lamar

What Kendrick stuff should I listen to, to get familiar with his likely set? New album plus biggest hits?
  2. Paul McCartney vs Jamie T 😱
  3. Absolute killer (no thriller) for me too. But I've seen Jamie T so many times I'm sure I'll end up at Paul. Super shame as I don't have a Sunday headliner either. First world problems.
  4. Someone on here said it's around 7pm on John Peel.
  5. Ah right. That's not new information, but I agree it's ambiguous.
  6. I personally want Jamie T on Sunday, so he doesn't clash with Paul McCartney on Saturday (or Foals if he was Friday)! 😄 (having said that, he's only a rumour at the mo)
  7. All the clashfinders now have Jamie T on Saturday and Charli XCX on Sunday. At least one had them the opposite way round, before. Did some new info or rumour come in on either of them?
  8. Is there a new Libertines rumour I've missed? Opening the Other Stage?
  9. There comes a day for every Radiohead album, or Radiohead side project album, where it changes from "This is ok" to "Oh my, it just clicked! This is soooo good!". Today is that day for me with The Smile album ♥️
  10. WOW, this passed me by! How likely does Neil think his appearance is? Why do we think Saturday? (personally, Saturday would be a clash nightmare, Sunday would be perfect)
  11. Phoebe Bridgers is my favourite new artist I've discovered from the Spotify playlist, but I'm starting to resign to her clashing with Friday or Saturday headliners. Shame she can't do Sunday, where I may still need a headliner.

    Jamie T

With the album not out til after Glastonbury, I presume that doesn't make him so likely for this year? Though having said that ... a Sunday headline slot on some stage would suit me, please!
  13. I actually thought Acaster was one of the biggest comedians in the country at the moment, but that may be my warped view cos I wanna watch anything he's in.

    Jamie T

My goodness, imagine! Do we have much more room for many artists of his size?
  15. What a blast form the past! I thought this was the greatest song of all time when I was a kid, listening to it over and over on some old Now cassette.
  16. Only 1 day after trying out Phoebe, I'm loving it. Along with Holly Humberstone and Caoilfhionn Rose, one of the top artists I've discovered from @Brave Sir Robin's Glastonbury Spotify playlist, so thank you.
  17. Wow! I think its the 2nd song is it where it's insanely deep!

    Sober times

Haha, the world consists of 2 types of people. Those who like the taste of alcohol, and those trapped for eternity convincing people they don't want a drink! It's rarer nowadays, but the "Why aren't you drinking?" question plagued me a lot in the past. But the older I get, the luckier I feel to not desire alcohol. I think we've got things easier overall, despite seemingly being in the minority. (p.s For the record, I'm not 100% teetotal, and I always have a little alcohol at Glastonbury, which normally goes straight to my head! I was dancing so much to Radiohead in 2017 that someone asked me what I was on! The answer was "2 beers")
  19. Haha, are the deep backing vocals on this album her own voice digitally deepened? (p.s, Im liking it!)
  20. Haha, thanks everyone. Today is clearly gonna be the first day of the rest of my life.
  21. I'm thinking this artist may be up my street - what album would be best to try, in regards to quality and what she's likely to play at Glastonbury? A quick google implies her latest, Punisher, is popular?
  22. I would more than happily wear my mask on the coach down, and would love it if it was officially recommended. The more other people you see wearing a mask, has a knock on effect to encourage others, too. I've never had Covid, catching it at the very start of the festival is a slight worry.
