If Fever Ray is active again next year (unfortunately I think they probably won't be) they would be such a perfect headliner for EotR. I'm hoping Big Thief finally come back around as well as that's long overdue. I don't think Nick Cave is completely out of the question - it'd be a big get for them but is within plausibility, imo. I'd say the Vampire Weekend booking from a few years ago is a comparable sort of thing. The National seems a bit more of a stretch but not impossible either. With both those acts if they're looking for a UK festival to headline their options are actually fairly limited, it's why they've both done repeat bookings at All Points East in recent years, and it's plausible they'd be looking for something a little different next time around.

I was hoping Ezra would appear on the Piano stage last time but we got the Q&A thing with John Cale instead. So not sure we'll get a secret set really. Annoyingly I had my heart set on Gizz...

Album bangs. I have always really appreciated the maximalist genre flipping side of the band but I can totally appreciate them putting out a concise pop album for the first time in their career. They did a great show at Pryzm last night - Happiness turns out to be a real highlight of the set. I'm still desperate to see them headline the pyramid. They're just made for those big shows.

Wonder if they'll put the film back in cinemas or something.

That Gorillaz setlist looks great, wish I stayed for them now. Pusha T, Turnstile and Yves Tumor were all awesome. Not sure how it felt for the headliner but the festival was noticeably under-sold yesterday. Didn't see a proper crowd all day - or a queue. That makes everything very convenient of course but it does bring the energy of the festival down a bit. I suspect today will be a lot busier though.

Have bought myself a Twickets ticket for The National now. Will have an eye out for cheap Gorillaz tickets tomorrow morning but I don't think it's likely. If only I'd had the foresight to become a doctor.

Ticketmaster and Festicket took them off sale earlier today too. Think only AXS is still selling for the first 2 days at this point.

Sad to lose most of the Spiritualized set to a clash with The Smile. But it's nice that they aren't clashing the 2 main stages any more. I wasn't really that fussed about Kiwanuka and Fleet Foxes, but I'll check them out.

Don't lose hope lads. Still days to go until the event, they will leave it as late as possible to hand them out.

That's unlucky - I gave the same two choices on the 12th and was told right away I had tickets for the Cave show. I guess Tinder have filled their allocation for it.
