    I have tinitus and use moulded ear plugs, still came away from the festival with the tinitus noticeably worse. For me I think it was more the lack of break from noise than any particular loud stage (though williams green was noticeably bad). With bars and small stages always playing amplified music it took a fair walk to greenfield to get a break from it.
