It's only 'ground level' flames affected I'm told.

Just been told by my crew connection that all fires, BBQ, cookers, stoves are now banned. The site is incredibly dry and they've had to make this call due to safety concerns. Yes this includes the camping fire pits. Unless there's rain before the festival this isn't like to change.

If your phone has an option to reduce screen refresh rate that will save battery also. I just turned my Pixel 6 Pro from 120Hz to 60Hz. Makes it flicker more but I'm usually so spango'd it looks like that anyway 😛 -
Remember you can rest! Don't be worried at all to sit down for 5 and break the trip up, it's a marathon not a sprint. I'm aiming to get everything on my back no matter what (with 30 bungy cords if necessary!) Having your hands free when walking is such a game changer.
