  1. That makes it even worse, not just for See but also for Glasto itself, that they've taken this last minute decision because people couldn't follow simple instructions. It just opens them up for more questions as to why they delayed. I think people would be less anoyed if they just owned up to it. But instead their statement reads like they're passing the blame onto people failing to register or check their registrations in time.
  2. A lot of people seem to have some sort of Stockholm Syndrome with See Tickets. Just because they are not "as bad" as Ticketmaster doesn't mean they can continue with this ramshackle operation and just expect everyone to shrug and accept it. This is not just some insignificant glitch. This is a major bungle and changes need to be made. Maintaning the integrity of your databases and system is fundamental.
  3. *THIS* is also bad publicity.
  4. What with last year's payments fiasco, people still managing to get tickets after they've announced they've sold out, and now this! This is bad.
  5. Good podcast but you mentioned 4 tickets max for the coach sale. Can people confirm if that's the case? I'm trying for coach tickets this time and I thought it was 6. There's 5 of us in the group and if it's indeed 4 max, there will be a very awkward conversation to be had before Thursday.
  6. Good call. You have 24 hours to pay, so shouldn't be a problem to collect payment. Good luck to us!
  7. I received a response from See Tickets saying: Hi, All resale info can be found via https://www.glastonburyfestivals.co.uk/2023-ticket-resale-faq/ Kind Regards Did anyone else get an actual answer?
  8. Will the e-mail with payment instructions (payment link, I'm assuming) be sent to the lead booker or to individual registrations? I sent an e-mail to See Tickets to clarify, but I thought I'd throw that question here also in case my reading comprehension has failed me. I don't think the FAQ has clearly explained this.
  9. A bit late to the party. Who do I send details to? Need help, please. I only need one and I can help to get 3 others. I got one last year via resale, so hoping my luck continues this year.
  10. I don't think it's so much as the way tickets are sold but the provider. See Tickets is just not fit for purpose.
  11. I got luck in the resale last year, so I hope the same happens in April. Anybody know what happened to the Discord group set up last year for resale?
  12. I don't mean to be "that guy" but if it's your first time, you don't want to get too drunk. You want to be sober enough to experience as much as you can. Hope you have the best 5 days!
  13. Hi Rik. I think there's a solo goers meet-up that's been mentioned but I have no info about it. This is also my second Glasto after 2019 and going solo this year. I'll keep an eye out for that post and I'll let you know.
  14. Hi Rik. I think there's a solo goers meet-up that's been mentioned but I have no info about it. This is also my second Glasto after 2019 and going solo this year. I'll keep an eye out for that post and I'll let you know.
  15. Can anyone who stayed at Worthy View in 2019 confirm whether they turned off the showers for them also, as they did for us plebs? Staying at WV this year and I'm wondering if I should bring a backup in case they turn it off again this year.
  16. What's this talk of mustaches? I didn't go to NYC Downlow in 2019 (first Glasto) but I intend to go to it this year.
  17. Guilty Pleasures, William's Green, Thursday, 0030 - 0200.
  18. The twitter account has also gone inactive.
  19. In exchange for your soul and dignity...
  20. All the stalls I went to had card machines. You will really only need cash for roaming independent traders.
  21. I'll definitely keep an eye out for that! I'm assuming details will come up closer to the date?
  22. Hello everyone! 2019 was my first Glasto and needless to say it changed my life. I was totally gutted when I wasn't able to get a ticket for 2020 originally, and about lost all hope when it was cancelled for the next two years. I was surprised that there was a resale at all but I had to at least try without expecting anything. Luck has been very kind and was able to get a ticket! After the last two years, I thought I'd treat myself to a tent at Worthy View also. Shame my friends can't make it so I'm going solo this year. Wishing everyone the best 5 days of the year!
  23. 2 PERSON SCOUT TENT - WORTHY VIEW available just now if you're still interested. You can even book up to two tents. https://glastonbury.seetickets.com/content/extras 11/04/22 11:52am.
  24. See won't swap/exchange them but will refund you. You can then buy the correct parking pass. Just e-mail them and provide your booking reference number.
