Been enjoying the Jimi Jules album +, some bangers on there. In terms of sets the latest Palms Trax Boiler Room from Dekmantel is very nice. Have the disco night at Printworks booked for end of October too

What do you mean by 'of the moment'? DMAs popped up on the festival circuit this summer and Sticky Fingers have released a tour for next year including a date at Ally Pally. I think I'd actually be pretty surprised if DMAs weren't on the lineup tbh

Aren't most huge bands like that? Look at the biggest bands in the world like Coldplay, The Killers, Foo Fighters, Greenday, RHCP etc, the majority of people are going to their gigs for their whole catalogue of hits not to hear the new stuff. Not sure why AM are getting so heavily criticised here purely because people prefer their older sound

Big fan of this, although AM, YYYs and Fred Again is a brutal clash Friday. Swap Jamie XX and FKA Twigs round as well so I could see Elton clash free and that would be 👌

You can't just completely make up an argument that they're desperately trying not to fall off the face of the earth? What by touring and releasing new music? So the same as almost every other band...

Not sure we are. All of the points above still make them relevant for a decent slot at Glasto, they have far more hits than some of the other names being thrown about on here for headlining Other and they're also still an excellent live band

I think Kasabian are probably on a par with Foals now if you compare the size of festivals they've both headlined more recently and size of venues they play to on tours. So I think you could have them headlining Other up against someone like Dua Lipa or Taylor
