  1. Honestly, I didn't have any issues yesterday queuing for the toilets or bars. People just seemed to gravitate towards the busiest ones, but there were quite a few without any queues at all. Only issue for me on the day was that the sound wasn't great at both the Amazon stage and Kerrang stage
  2. I like Self Esteem and have heard that she's good live, but can someone explain how she's a headliner (and being touted for high up slots in other festivals)? Her newest album only charted at number 11 and she only has 200k Spotify listeners ?
  3. Yeah, I think Fontaines are big enough now. Maybe one of them or Idles for one of the days?
  4. Music wise, I had an absolute brilliant time. The Murder Capital was the highlight for me, I've been wanting to see them for awhile. Missed a good chunk of Sam Fender but it was worth it to see Shame in full (and then Elvana!), plus I saw him last week anyway. Thought Blossoms and BBC were both very solid, and Kasabian were just so much fun - Serge makes a good front man. My main complaint is around toilets. My experience in 2019 was largely one of shock at how clean the portaloos generally were throughout the day in both the arena and general camping. Only the last night was bad. This year however, it felt like there had not been an increase in toilets in spite of the increase in attendees, and that there was v limited cleaning. I was staying in Zodiac and there was rarely soap, or loo roll. I get it's a festival, and you need to expect some grossness, but quite the contrast to my 2019 exp in general camping. I was lucky as I showered at 5am-ish each day, but housemates fed back that the shower queues were also incredibly long, and the showers weren't clean at all. Plus they consistently had hot water issues when I used them. Overall, I had a brill time and these are relatively minor complaints compared to the great music.
  5. Depends on the place and what you buy, but as a ball park figure probably ~£10 (If anyone has any cheap recommendations would much appreciate them!!)
  6. That's so frustrating aha! Guess it's time for a walk by my old flat
  7. Anyone who purchased parking - did you receive a parking e-ticket, or something physical in the post? I haven't received anything; my Kaboodle account says "Parking hangar posted", but I moved house last year. It's really frustrating as I'd emailed Truck/Kaboodle checking if I needed to update my address with them, and they said that wouldn't be an issue because everything would be an e-ticket, but right now it's looking like that's not the case...
  8. How is Zodiac camping? Doing it for the first time this year, and not sure what to expect
  9. They're usually portaloos, the ones in the festival area are usually fairly clean at least. ( Though definitely put some loo roll in your bag/pocket just in case )
  10. Thanks! I like Ditz and Courting - will check out the others.
  11. Yeah, I think Shame is the must see set of the weekend for me. Especially after they had to cancel in 2019!
  12. Does anyone have recommendations for heavier bands on the line up? There's normally a few dotted around, but I only really know Dinosaur Pile Up (who frustratingly look like they'll clash with Shame) and Pulled Apart by Horses)
  13. Have they dropped the This Feeling stage ?? Disappointing if so
  14. Looks like more names and stage splits to be announced at 5pm today according to their twitter 🙂 Hoping for some more subs
  15. Would have loved Simz but feel like she's blew up a lot over the last year I just assumed Shame would be headlining the market stage, 4th (?) time lucky????
  16. Do you guys think we'll get subheadliners in the next announcement, or do you think Sigrid, Easy Life, and Kelis are the subs?
  17. Is anyone still waiting for their ticket to arrive? Mine still hasn't arrived and I'm starting to get a bit concerned now. I've been having loads of issues with mail and deliveries lately.
