Weirdly, OK Computer is one of very few albums I’d class as a 10 and I’m more likely to skip Electioneering than I am most songs on inferior albums.

Oh yeah and I tend to make setlist playlists for gigs I’m going to, especially if it’s someone who I’ve not listened to that much or I know they’re gonna be playing a lot from albums I don’t know. Makes it easier to get into it than forcing myself to listen to loads of albums on repeat.

Not perfect albums, no, but I still don’t bother skipping the songs.

Add all songs I like to one giant playlist that I shuffle any time I can’t be arsed to choose what to put on (usually driving/walking), rest of the time listen to albums. Easy.

Tbf if it wasn’t for not being able to think of another JP headliner I’d probably have Glass Animals on Pyramid/Other. If it weren’t for that Bonobo info I’d be set on: WH: Simz, Bridges, Bicep JP: Bonobo, Charli, Primals Scenes when we just end up with Editors and Manics back in their original slots and they were just left off the poster because they’re uninteresting bookings.

We may have heard something else since which I’ve forgotten/missed, to be fair. But I don’t think the guy who gave us the info initially ever expanded on whether he meant the Sunday, specifically.

We were told he’s in the Billie Eilish 2019 slot on Other, but none of us were sure whether that meant specifically Sunday. So I’d say there’s a good chance but he could easily end up being on a different day.

Yeah and I don’t imagine the fanbase crossover with Little Simz would be massive tbh. Obviously there’d be some but I doubt it’d be significantly more than loads of other clashes they have.

Having the same Friday night issue with all the other predictions that have decided Phoebe is too big for Park.

As said, they were 5th down and haven’t really done anything since then. My other consideration was Park headliner but they’re busy on Sunday so they’d have to swap with Phoebe Bridgers in that case. And I think most acts are gonna stay on the stages they were initially on unless they’ve definitely become too big for it. If the lineup was being booked from fresh then I wouldn’t be predicting them on JP. I actually had them on Pyramid until this Paolo Nutini info, but couldn’t think of anyone to take the final JP spot. As said above, I think most acts will stay on their 2020 stages even if the slots end up looking a bit small for them. And yeah, I’ve got Sleaford Mods Friday Other. Royal Blood above Kris Kristofferson.

Seems a dumb clash with Macca and he’s not got any bigger since subbing Other in 2014, has he? 4th Pyramid (probably having replaced Aerosmith) seems more likely to me.

If I remember correctly Billie Eilish was only moved up there when The Prodigy dropped out. I think it was supposed to be The Prodigy on Saturday, with Chems on Sunday subbed by Christine and the Queens. Not sure if Dave got booked after The Prodigy disappeared (he wasn’t on the first poster), or whether he just moved up a slot as well with Billie coming in below him. So Chems / Christine / Dave with Billie Eilish on JP seems to have been the original plan.

Which would make it difficult to get into the field.

I might be being dumb here but I don’t get how Elbow being on Sunday has changed anything. You were already predicting them to be third down, no? So if you swap them with whoever you had third down on Sunday then how does that rule out a missing sub? I mean, several acts you’ve put on your Pyramid lineup are just predictions so I don’t get why you’re saying there’s 1 gap on Saturday. Being real, Aerosmith have probably already been replaced. Maybe HAIM got shunted up, maybe one of Doja/MTS only got booked then, maybe they booked Robert Plant/Alison Krauss as a replacement to fill that classic rock hole (I know the music they actually perform doesn’t fit that description).
