    The 1975

Their manager ( jamie ) has dm’d someone saying that after this tour they’re going on an extended break
  4. Heres the draft 1975 one too
  5. Interesting! Just been reading up about it , having lived in Kelham behind the fat cat for a few years was very sad when the brewery closed up shop… https://thornbridgebrewery.co.uk/blogs/news-from-the-brewery/saving-kelham-island-brewery-the-return-of-pale-rider if james o hara involved here could be a chance of it coming trammers too? agree re beer prices
  6. Agree re front pen - lucky enough to get a wrist band and had lots of space , absolutely loved it. Separate note , was fantastic having pale rider on at a lot of the bars- chance of this happening at tramlines?
  7. jamie t also back on the up and hasnt toured for some time, headliner for me the rest have been round the festival circuit over and over again
  8. smiling that blossoms are headlining?? they subbed in 2021, seems too soon to have them back headlining for me, like the band but pretty unoriginal after some excellent headliners this year. wolf alice are great but dont think theyd go down as a popular act for the main punters at tramlines (kids and oldies) Smile? lily allen (no chance) or just smiling youve got great news!?

    The 1975

The Madison Square Garden show is impeccable, love the new set design - very different. matty sounds amazing , and the set list is never going to please everyone (and have seen they are changing it each night) but the absence of love me, and chocolate is a positive for me. Also the production on the stream is fantastic .. personally would love 'you' and 'milk' to still be played live, and also to hear some of the garagey stuff (yeah i know, i think theres something you should know etc ) but feel thats unlikely
  10. @JBarbour when can we hope to get some hints for the line up this year? getting excited with some announcements today...

    The 1975

yes 22 tracks for NOACF was 5 or so too many it also delivered some of my favourite work by them... 'i think there's something you should know' and their other electronic leaning tracks are in their own right brilliant. I think how Matty does press can be quite difficult for people to take who haven't already bought in / who don't enjoy their music, it doesnt exactly push you to start listening to them if you dont like them But their music and live show speaks for itself if you give it a proper go and spin. there is a huge amount more to them than the songs that get radio play and the self indulgent tracks / media snippets you hear from matty. think a perfect pyramid headliner for me
  12. Does this change things sunday????? Sorry if already been posted
  13. from the clues - not headliner level , plausibly sub - seems unlikely to be the 1975, from a band that have headlined R+L and been touted to headline glasto in the future if new album does well
  14. Unsure if this has been mentioned but with caribou playing is daphni rumoured to turn up anywhere?
