9-11 August, HelsinkiLine up looks interesting, almost identical to Way Out West, I guess it is a twin festival since the website also looks the same.

Are they downsizing festival? Or spent all money on Ed Sheeran solo concert 🙂
I like when younger artist becoming headliners, im tired of 60-year old headliners 🙂 But with Youngblud... saw him few times at other festivals, and for me he is definitely not a headliner material.

Love Underoath, 5 years ago went to Aerodrome Festival in Prague just for them 🙂 But for now not sure about next year RfP, overall not happy about lineup. Sure, its great festival in terms of atmosphere and organisation, but lineup first 🙂
Maybe Underoath will play some solo shows in Europe, not so far from Poland, so I will have chance to see them.

More than half of advent is open and unfortunately for me it doesn't look good. Shikari is the only band that im happy with . Deathbyrommy is nice addition for some diversity.
Surprised that there is no Underoath, Beartooth, Deftones, Crosses, Bad Omens, Polyphia, Turnstile, Frank Carter, all of them will be in Europe in June. Maybe some of them will come later
Interesting that at Hurricane Offspring is sub for BMTH, and at RfP they are headline 🙂

Rock en seine is actually great festival, maybe not so good as Rock for people in terms of organisation, but there is always very diverse lineup in Paris. And location is beautiful!
Unfortunately RfP visitors seems to me a little bit conservative when it comes to music taste 🙂 After 1975 headline concert im not surprised with the new "safe" bookings.

This year was my third time at RFP, among all festivals from Europe one of the best in terms of organization, bigger major festivals like Mad Cool have something to learn here 🙂Unfortunately there is some lack of diversity, so many nostalgia acts, bands that was actual like 15 years ago. But im feel like the majority of audience also stuck in 2010s music, so maybe it's not festivals problem, I feel like RFP crew want to change something, but audience is not 🙂 The 1975 has so small crowd when headlining, there was much more people on some bands at 15:00

Hm, personally don't need another European festival with dinosaurs like Iron Maiden etc, unfortunately can't go this year, but like that line up pretty much for diversity, this is rare, only major festival with pop, techno, metal mixed.
And nowadays Killers is headliner for old audience 🙂

In 2018 there were shuttle buses to the city center, now they anonunced only to Plaza de Castilla

New app is horrible, schedule is just jpegs. I was 2 weeks ago at smaller Czech festival "Rock for people", good communication, interactive timetable in the app, how its possibile, they have 3 years to put it 🙂

there is no problem with smoking, but once security at the entrance desperately looking for weed in my pockets and hip bag, he saw tobacco and was thinking that I definitely have weed, but it was hidden very deep 🙂

Yep, Flow and WoW are both on my list, another one is Pohoda festival, where the line-up is not so great.
