  1. Only small/mid names in this last announcement. Too bad, I had some hopes for some surprises. But I'm glad they had Kasabian on Friday's Main Stage. Finally gonna see them live!
  2. I guess it gives an idea how of the tickets are selling. I expected to get Lewis Capaldi this morning to fit the line below The Killers and Florence on Sunday. Based on the actual line-up, I guess they won't put names on the same line as Billie Eilish. The other big names will go on the line below. For the Saturday, we have the 3 main names. And for the Sunday, we still gonna have a few solid names. I start to really get hyped for a weekend ticket!
  3. Indeed, didn't think about that! Only went by car to Werchter recently. But the info is on the website: "Our festival ticket includes 1 free and personal train ticket for a return journey in 2nd class from a Belgian departure station to Rock Werchter. Transfers by an extra bus of De Lijn are included." There are many direct trains from Charleroi Central to Leuven who takes only 1h.
  4. The easier/cheaper is to take the shuttle Flibco from Charleroi Airport to Brussels-South Train Station (16€). There you can take a direct train and then the shuttle to the festival.
  5. Don't agree, I can see the need for this festival, especially in Germany: - It's not really in the same area, there are 250km between the Rock Am Ring and Download Germany. - Slipknot had only 2 shows in Germany this Summer, in Hamburg (high in the north) and Berlin (east) but nothing in the west. - Volbeat have a huge success in Germany (a bit more than everywhere else, except Denmark of course). - Parkway Drive and The Prodigy are not at Rock Am Ring, it's the first German festival for Parkway Drive this Summer. - It's normal for bands to play as many festivals as possible and all of them got at least one day-off during this weekend in June. We don't have any surprises on the line-up. But it's still a decent line-up! SlipKnot and Volbeat used to be headliners at Rock Am Ring. Almost the same for Parkway Drive now and so was The Prodigy in a recent past. You have Disturbed, Amon Amarth, Within Temptation... Classic but not bad.
  6. I'll bet on 30STM if these emojis are really relevant! They could bring the band for an exclusive festival show and/or the band will come for a short set. They've been announced for When We Were Young Festival in October in the US but nothing else. It's a while since they've been touring in Europe (almost thinking if the band was still alive). It could bring some hype and can work on the average people coming at Sziget I think. honestly, I'd be a bit hyped (especially if they're playing more old than recent songs)!
  7. So could basically be next week!
  8. Based on Wikipedia and other sources, Belgium is not included! Central Europe is Germany and countries on his east.
  9. That's a question of perspective but I knew lot of people wouldn't agree on this 😇
  10. And after Imagine Dragons fail...
  11. Didn't expect an announcement this week after GNR but there are some great adds! With 32 names on Sunday, 34 on Saturday, 35 on Friday and 30 on Saturday, line-up is like 99% full. Only missing Friday headliner...
  12. It would be a surprise but a sick surprise that Graspop put a band like BMTH as headliner. I lost hope about this since a while now but the possible bands for this last headliner spot are so low now... It would make sense if they're waiting the show in Amsterdam to be done. The show in Antwerp is the last show of this huge European tour. If they're playing there, I hope they'll announce that night and Graspop will be flyering at the show. Some good marketing stuff for once from these old boys from GMM... Or book a band like Maneskin would be dope too. They soldout twice a 8k venue in Brussels since a while (shows on 2-3 March). The hype is still huge. They are a really good rock band live. I'd prefer them so much than papys Guns N Roses, Def Leppard and Mötley Crüe...
  13. As Lewis Capaldi is playing in Antwerp tomorrow, I guess we could have him next week. He could be the 3rd big name on Sunday below The Killers and Florence.
  14. Their previous announcements were at 11am... It's 10:30 right now.
  15. They don't play 2 dates in a row and they are in Italy on July 8th. And they already have a show in Madrid for June 9th.. so there're 0% left to see them at Mad Cool. The show at Glastonbury rumored on June 24th is not announced today indeed but you can see there're a 6 days gap on their actual routing, perfect for the festival. I'm pretty sure Glastonbury is the only show left to announce for Europe.
  16. Weird. So still nothing for this last headliner...
  17. And it's official: Guns N Roses headliner on Thursday 15 June. Only name announced today.
  18. Or basically have a first poster. We still didn't get any for GMM 23... but I think we'll only have GNR today.
On sera bientôt fixés." So rumors about the dates said below as well as a show in the US on September 9th. Some people on FestiLeaks also speak about it but I don't know if it's relevant or not.
  20. On FestivalsUnited, they spoke about an announcement at 3pm.
  21. I read 3pm. Don't know BE or UK time. But def. today (finally)! I guess Graspop will only focus on GNR announcement and nothing else today. Hopefully we won't wait too much for the other names... and other headliner.
  22. Rumors announced they'll play Mad Cool on 7th, a show in Netherlands on 11th and Paris on 13th. Announcement at 3pm.
  23. I woudn't say RHCP have a boring show but you have to know their songs really well to enjoy it. If not, you can't be in the mood. Like I've heard lot of people saying Pearl Jam's shows were so good but both time I saw them, I left before the end of the show as I was bored a f*ck. About Arctic Monkeys, I guess it depends if the band is motivated or not. If they're not and just have their boring and casual British stars, their shows are really boring. The difference between their show at Pukkelpop and Reading last Summer was insane. That being said. Looking forward to catch again the RHCP at Nos Alive this Summer!
  24. Worst news ever. I remembered 2019 when the "headliners" clash (All Time Low vs Bullet For My Valentine vs Nofx) but with the changes since then, I thought we wouldn't have The Offspring and Enter Shikari at the same time. Like one will end the festival in Leeds and the other in London. At least, the good news is Yellowcard/Creeper will finish before these 2 headliners.
