  1. This Sunday looks really good: Queens Of The Stone Age - The Offspring - Rise Against - Motionless In White - Lionheart - Jessie Murph - Hot Milk - Jesus Piece... I might take a ticket this week before it's soldout.

  2. In their newsletter, RW put this photo to show of the new Barn should look. Nothing about the Klub C. I really thought that The Barn became an open-air stage but seems not. Curious to see it live this Summer (going only on Friday)!

  3. From La Route Du RockThe Kills would be a great add indeed! I've seen that Dean Lewis is in Germany that weekend but I don't see a spot big enough for him left as he headlined the Klub C at RW last year and he just sold out the Ziggo Dome in a instant. Too bad. Same for an act like Hasley announced at Sziget...

  4. Hozier just announce a show in Brussels (Forest National - 8k capacity). I'm surprised he's not at Rock Werchter on this schedule but maybe he was supposed to play as support at the TW Classic/Werchter Boutique cancelled.

And The Smile, The Smile and The Smile

Saw them at Vorst last week and they're going to play the show of the weekend. They were fire.

I gave them a listen but didn't match. I'll try again but I think it's just not for me 🙂

Check also Chalk, Fat Dog and The Haunted Youth if you don't know them

I saw THY live in Brussels last year, didn't like it. Don't know the 2 others, I'll listen to them, thanks! Got the feeling this Sunday at PKP could be great and packed!

    Who was it??

I guess/hope the artist isn't in this announcement... Pommelijn Thijs and Jessie Murph are the biggest names announced for Sunday.

This Sunday keeps looking great for my tastes: QOTSAThe OffspringRise AgainstMotionless In WhiteLionheart and Jessie Murph I'm curious to check live. Many names for the end of the day so I guess I could have some clashes.

  7. I think they gonna sub for Polyphia in the Marquee. They're not the kind of bands Graspop put on Main Stage. So Polyphia could clash with Tool but Crosses playing just before.

Hopefully we gonna have the timetable soon.

  8. I still think The Offspring is a small sub for a mainstream festival like Pukkelpop, even if the festival has plenty of other stages. They have been announced as big name in the first announcement but who knows what's exactly in their contract. We can still dream - a little bit - about a decent sub. It's not Graspop where they can headline the second Main Stage. An act like Liam Gallagher would never play below them anyway. Earlier this month, Merol announced a big show at Lotto Arena for November. Weird timing but maybe they thought the Sunday would sell better...

  9. Official: no TW Classic in 2024. They just made an official statement. Seems they didn't find a solution to book the headliner they wanted at a good date : "Either the potential headliners have changed their tourdates, either any good dates were available." They also speak about the many works on the streets in the area which have the consequence it was not possible to make a festival happen before June 15th.

Any infos about who was supposed to headline the festival this year @Ken19?

  10. Combi soldout since Monday. Friday will be soldout tonight (less than 1000 tickets left). Saturday will be soon enough (90% sold). Only Sunday is the bad boy in the story but understandable as it's a classic festival day with QOTSAThe OffspringRise AgainstThe Smile.

'Thanks for buying a ticket real early, here's the rest of the line up but it's cheap and it's no-one you'll have heard of, see you next year?'

I don't buy it, personally, although I recognise there's less need for them to go out and book needlessly expensive bands now the tickets have sold out.

Agree. Even if the festival is selling so fast, they won't cancel bands they've already confirmed. A big part of the line-up is already booked, just not announced. Like @DDave said, they just don't need to look for "last-minute" big bands to help sell tickets.

One thing sure: nobody expected such a record in the sales... Even with the success/hype around Fred Again and Sam Smith. I'm wondering when we'll get them to headline Werchter.

    Last 1000 combi tickets 😮

And 70% sold for Friday (Fred Again) and 60% sold for Saturday (Sam Smith)...

EDIT: That's it, all the combis are soldout! In less than 48h... insane.

Got our tickets so it's my son, his girlfriend (1st timer and will also be her 18th birthday on the Friday!) and obviously me! The friends we go with every year also got theirs today so should be a good squad of us present again.

70% of combis gone but that post was a few hours ago. Really surprised but pleased that it's selling so well and we've only got a quarter of the line up!

And they just announce 80% combi are gone.

  14. New names: Bad Nerves, Blondshell, Nation Of Language, Folamour, Yin Yin, Solomum, Barry Can't Swim, Sylvie Kreusch, Motionless In White, Fat Dog, Hudson Mohawke B2B Nikki Nair, Patrick Mason, Yussed Dayes.

Tickets go on sale this Saturday: 125€ day and 279€ for the combi.
