  1. Diana ross, PSB, Roisin, Herbie Hancock - must sees would love to see Warmduscher, Waterboys, Primal Scream, Big Thief, Haim, Nightmares on Wax, Bicep, Caribou, Avalanches, Foals and loads more - have a feeling there will also be something on that I'd want to be at could even be tempted by Sam Fender - I like his war on drugs vibes on latest record. won't be at: Idles, Wet Leg
  2. could Caribou and Bicep feature as b2b on the sat? - west holts / park
  3. Indeed they were. Felt like they had a smaller crowd on the JP? - but can't remember everything that day... they are in the UK the week before. Fingers crossed!
  4. Yeh, this. for those going from Victoria, don't sweat too much - just get there in plenty of time and get in the Q - you should be on the road by the time your booking is for.
  5. well that was a waste of a lunch hour reading the same arguments
  6. Great to hear guys! Was also 1.5 hours in Brixton on Friday. Brilliant setlist and sound was loud and superb! Always been a great live band
  7. new Pond album has taken me a number of listens to get it, but now I can't get enough. Less direct than the Weather and Tasmania but more experimental and heavy - great new direction! ps surprised myself by enjoying Sam Fender's new one...
  8. saw TOY mentioned further up on this thread with regards to the crow's nest. great live band. funnily enough toy's bassist is/was a member of snapped ankles when I saw them at rough trade. not sure if he is a permanent feature, but if so, brilliant! had no idea of this at the time of watching them at strummerville in 2019
  9. first gig back was snapped ankles at rough trade in july more recently roisin murphy in brixton, sound was poor but an exciting evening
  10. Yeh agree with you dentalplan here. I think they will fill bigger shoes than people might first expect. I do also agree that, as mentioned, next year will be special so top top slots will be more premium than ever
  11. I'm glad this thread is up and running! Big and good enough to headline Other, maybe only big enough to sub Pyramid? New track is excellent, hope to be singing along to it on the farm soon!
  12. I see they're touring around Glastonbury next year. Anyone think they're potential headliners?
