I haven't made it for the last few years for various reasons, but have really enjoyed it this year, though was shocked at how much busier Saturday and even more so Sunday were compared to previous years. Read all the horror stories about the toilets last year so was pleasantly surprised on that front this time. I've picked up lots of new artists for my 'to buy' list having spent lots of time on the smaller stages inbetween the bigger names, so pleased with that. Only problem I found was that the Casemates stage - which had lots of good bands on it - seemed to drown out the acoustic stage at times, which was a bit of a shame. Highlights for me on Friday were Circa Waves, Friendly Fires (who needed a longer, later slot) and Pete Tong and his orchestra. Did try JK, but personally found it dull and self-indulgent, though believe I'm in the minority there! Thought the Cribs, Crystal Tides and Alt-J were great on Saturday, and Sunday highlights were Vaccines and Go! Team - who both deserved far longer slots, especially the latter - and Mumfords. Overall almost certainly back next year. Let the headliner guessing commence!

Last year an email was sent out close to the festival saying there was a waiting list for accommodation so if anyone no longer needed theirs, they would resell it for us. Might be worth looking into?

I saw them a couple of weeks back on their UK tour and they were brilliant. New members really fit in well. Was definitely a party still!

I went with Muse The Cure The Cat Empire Haven't seen Muse since V Festival days but would love to again, The Cure are right near the top of my gig bucket list and Cat Empire are just awesome live. Toyed with putting Blur and Chili Peppers too, but figured that's an even higher level of unrealistic! Would love Sigur Ros and Bjork too, but not sure how they'd work in a big field...

Would love to see Everything Everything come across to us - seem to be at most of the others in the group - plus Bloc Party, but not getting my hopes up sadly...

What do we think the chances are of them either putting Blossoms on slightly later on the Friday to allow for people checking in to accommodations at 2pm, or otherwise of the uni allowing check ins earlier than 2pm on the Friday so we can make it onto the site in time? Would really like to catch them...

Just browsing the other festivals, and I hadn't realised Bastille are playing both Victorious, and Reading & Leeds. Does that ever happen usually, and if so, could there be any more crossover do you think?
