Just seen this, what do we think will be announced?

I'm a part of the younger generation who will be going Glastonbury, and honestly before he was been talked about headlining 2020, I knew next to nothing about Kendrick except he had a song called Humble that I had heard, tbf I'm not a rap/hip hop fan. I gave all his albums a listen and couldn't get into it. Read up on him and you do see how big he is and is worthy of headlining. Just a shame if these are our 3 headliners that none of them are a must see for me with it been my first Glastonbury, but I get that the pyramid headliners are a tiny part of what Glastonbury is about. I was at Billie's performance at Reading in 2019, and she had a huge crowd that were all going for it, but that demographic was massively for her. I don't think it will be the same at Glasto and the crowd may be weaker. Everyone says her shows are great, and they are, only when she is surrounded by her fans, hopefully I am proven wrong. And having watched Kendrick's Reading performance on YouTube, it wasn't great and doesn't make me me think I need to go see him, and that was once again a demographic he is more aimed at. But I do think that it was his performance rather than the crowd on that occasion. Either way I hope I am proved wrong and they smash it, they both deserve to headline without a doubt, they just aren't for me and I am been pessimistic with how their performances will be compared to everyone's expectations.

Rumours are of a new album and a autumn/winter tour

I personally wouldn't put The 1975 in the same bracket as Foals just yet. I still think The 1975 are a step above. Their latest album wasn't their best work but still had some good songs on it that went down great live at their own shows, I think overall the album was just way too bloated and a lot could be removed. They come back with another good album, and we will be back talking about them more than we do Foals. People saying they were booked for 2021, I don't think people have ever spoke about Foals actually been booked. Also Foals have never out right headlined Reading and Leeds, and I don't think they will (Yes they co headlined). I think they would headline the West stage there now, whereas once The 1975 are back you know they are 100% headlining the festival out right. I do get though that Reading & Leeds is a completely different demographic

Would love the speculation about The 1975 to be true, would be great to see them headline, I think they deserve it. They did say after their last album they were taking a break for a while to focus on other things. However if they were supposed to headline 2021, I can't see Glastonbury not asking them again just because the pandemic may of effected them. As soon as they start releasing stuff again they will shoot back up. I think Macca will play this year, then either Kendrick or The 1975. Going by info various people have here, I would say it will be Kendrick this year. I do feel both Kendrick and The 1975 will do a tour around October/November, and with Kendrick headlining this year, I think Glastonbury will of asked The 1975 to do next year, towards the end of their tour

I think Kendrick will have a tour, but in the Autumn/Winter, what that does for Summer festivals I don't know. Either way I am also hoping it's not Kendrick as I have no interest in seen him.

Do we think if Kendrick had a European tour in Autumn he would play Glasto then go back to US, to come back later in the year to do his tour. Or would he just do his tour and wait till 2023 to play Glasto? Which is the more likely option

Was flicking through the internet yesterday and saw something about Kendrick possibly dropping his album in early February, I can't find it now. Did I just imagine this or do we think this is a possibility?

If Kendrick was to tour Europe, in between this year's and next year's festival, say autumn this year. Which year would it make him more likely to play?

I do think people are jumping the gun here, I'd personally not be too bothered missing out on Kenny and Macca. I'm not fully up to date with everything, but hasn't Kenny had music leaked and changed his Spotify picture as if gearing up to release music? Surely if that's the case it sonly a matter of time till he announces what he is doing next year?

Finally back on here and trying to catch up with everything, do we think this latest info of no Kendrick at another Festival, effects the information with have that say's he is headlining Glastonbury. If it does then I have no clue who is headlining
