  1. As mentioned above, pretty cheeky of The Used like to suddenly decide they can do it. Fingers crossed this goes ahead still though, as the lineup is fantastic. Alkaline Trio is a pretty damn good get for them like.
  2. Centuries, although Misery Business is a tune.
  3. To add to that, the drummer from The Killers himself confirmed it on an Instagram live Q&A. He said something along the lines of "We have the earliest available dates next year" or words to that effect if I'm not mistaken. Possibly June again if I had to guess?
  4. Wouldn't have predicted Arcade Fire would have won, but fair play. Might need to check out their set. Thought it would have been Foo Fighters or RATM for sure. But hey, at least The 1975 didn't win 😉
  5. Rage Against the Machine (30) (+5) The 1975 (30) (-5) Foals (40) Queens of the Stone Age (40) (+5) The Cure (25) Arcade Fire (40) (-5) Foo Fighters gone? Really? One of the best live bands I've ever seen, and I'm shocked that they haven't won this to be honest.

  7. Rage Against the Machine (35) (+5) The 1975 (35) (-5) Foo Fighters (25) (+5) Muse (15) -5 Foals (45) Biffy Clyro (25) Queens of the Stone Age (25) The Cure (35) Arcade Fire (35) (-5) I'm genuinely curious, just because they seem to be getting a lot of +'s, but were The 1975 really that good when they headlined? I went to watch BFS instead so missed them, but I'm just curious.
  8. With BST gone, looks grim for TRNSMT unfortunately. Announcement any day now is quite likely.

  12. I'll skip Minus Monday, feels too harsh for me, haha.
  13. New launch party on the 4th September at Leeds Beckett SU, with Frank Zummo of Sum 41 performing a live Drums vs DJ set. Shame that original launch party at the O2 had to be cancelled, 3OH!3 performing there would have been a fun (but incredibly drunk) night.
  14. 15. Provided this is still on (whether it is on or not will go right down to the wire I believe), Evanescence and Within Temptation have rescheduled their UK tour to early September, and Evanescence seem to have history with Knotfest, so could see them maybe being there. I'm not too familiar with Within Temptation, so don't really know how big they are (assuming fairly big though).
  16. EDIT: Apologies for the gap between Kasabian and Muse, could not fix the format for the life of me no matter how many times I edited it.

  18. Were Bury Tomorrow not headlining a stage?
  19. Was going to say, this is worrying. No updates on the website either. I'm still holding out hope until I see confirmation it's off, which will probably be for the best.
  20. I can't get that image out of my head of Rise Against being there (think someone made a poster of it which had them on it). Unlikely, but let me dream that they'll be the replacement for Bury Tomorrow....if this even goes ahead!
  21. Bloody magnificent! If only it could be anywhere near as good as this!
  22. Panic! At The Disco are an option as mentioned previously, would personally love if they got the chance to headline outright. Haven't listened to Dua's new album, but she was good in 2018. Don't see her headlining though, but I think she will return. Potential sub to Panic?
